ORDER CANCELLATION
himachalbazaar.com reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. In other case himachalbazaar.com may also cancel any order due to any reason like lake of stock or quality problem in product. On cancellation of order we refund the order amount without any kind of interest. Consumer have no right to claim any kind of interest or any other charges legally on refunded amount and he/she will not make any kind of legal proceeding against us in any kind of court in this regard.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY CUSTOMER

Customer may cancel their order before 24 hours of order is valid. We will not able to cancel the order once processed after 24 hours. himachalbazaar.com has the full right to decide whether order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by himachalbazaar.com and accept decision made by himachalbazaar.com. Regarding the cancellation and refund of order amount, decision of himachalbazaar.com is final.

FROUD ON TANSACTION
Our team continuously monitors your account to secure from any kind of fraud. Account holder must have to use their own credit/debit card for any kind of transaction with us. If he/she uses any other card of their family member/ friends or any other third person, then himachalbazaar.com will not refund processed amount. himachalbazaar.com will not share information regarding credit/debit card with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verification or by law, regulation or court order. himachalbazaar.com will not liable for any credit or debit.  

TAX INVOICE/ SHIPPING CHARGING
himachalbazaar.com will charge the price of product including GST charges which depend upon product category. Himachalbazaar.com reserves the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Return and exchange policy is implemented upon few items. For this purpose himachalbazaar.com must receive the merchandise within 16 days from the date it was shipped but the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. We do not providing refund on any goods sold. Good once sold only be exchanged for replacement. To return an item customer may contact at support@himachalbazaar.com or customer may call at 9816445281 in between 9:00am to 6:00pm. himachalbazaar.com is not liable for any kind of damage caused to the product during transportation.

Delivery
himachalbazaar.com always endeavors about in time delivery but not guarantee to deliver the product within specified time due to many transportation reasons.

In case himachalbazaar.com is unable to deliver the product then payment made by you through credit/debit/net banking/Google pay will be refunded back to your account but no kind of refund is given for order under case on delivery (COD).
